What’s the punchline? And why is the structure so disjointed?

The composition was originally in about 9 panels the extraneous dialogue could easily have been cut to fit 5 and your BA well lets not go there…:P
It was too long.
You should have said that – epic fail man, I expected an editorial process, I will lower my expectations accordingly…
